I've been going to this pharmacy for years and have finally thrown in the towel. Sure it's convenient, however the poor service & lack of privacy and consideration make it obvious that these folks don't deserve my business. I try not to complain about customer service reps because I know their job is difficult, however I did end up complaining about one associate with the pharmacist. My concerns were met with excuses and defensiveness. I will bring my business elsewhere after years of careless, insensitive service. So frustrating.

I didnt like my passport photo but the guy didn't take a 2nd shot.

It was fast and convienient and very friendly service.

It's a clean store. The pharmacy is not all that together however. Ok place to buy beer.

They are the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been too. I picked this one because it's right next to my doctors office and it's very convenient. However, everytime I pick up mine or my son's prescription I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes just to get to the counter. They are always short staffed and never send anyone else over to help out when there's 10 people in line. For instance, while I'm writing this I'm in line; and have been in like for 10 minutes now. Their ridiculously slow, and I will just switch to a new pharmacy.
