I am not an athlete, just an old guy trying to stay in shape.  I always get my shoes here for past 8 years.  I can always find a good pair at a good price. My foot doctor told me to turn shoe over and if i can't bend it, it is a good shoe to support me.  After about 8 months I can bend it and it is time for a new shoe.  I also can always find helpful things or gifts and the staff although changing, is helpful.

Ryan in the shoe department was very helpful and friendly. Had to try on 3 pairs of shoes before finding the one I wanted. Good experience at Big 5 thanks to Ryan.

Kind of a small selection, but very convenient since Sports Authority closed down.
Came in pretty close to closing, but still got exemplary service, ten points for that.
