We purchased a refrigerator and really made the sales guy, Cornelio Martinez, jump through hoops to change our selection twice, and then a couple days later were able to easily repair the fridge we have so canceled the order. We found the sales team, especially Cornelio, to be knowledgeable and professional. The order was canceled without any pressure whatsoever. This experience changed our view of the Sears experience, and we will shop at this store in the future.

The quality of clothing is very good and the selection for the entire family is 5 + star. HUGE SALE in all departments - don't miss out 😄

Worst service and merchandise ever- Save yourself a headache!!! Bought couches from them... Delivered broken and busted up!!! Holes missing to put the feet on. I could even see the wooden frame in the seating area... Then their customer service tried to sway me to keep them- talking oh we will give you so many points.. Im like nope... Then trying to offer the max points—- Ummm HELL to the NO—someones on crack cause that wasn’t going to happen!! Don’t ever get suckered into keeping them cause you will get stuck with their junk! Then to get money back was a miracle because I had to call multiple times to get a refund- the store managers never called me back any of the times -I tried to get answers- All they did was give me the run around.. I paid cash and they sent me almost a month later installment checks- its a freakin nightmare!

Why does this store exist? Better chance of getting help at a Walmart! I'll trade my money else where

ZERO STARS!!! Called five time to ask about a rake...yes, a rake. All five times I was placed on hold by customer service and waited over five minutes to be hung up on. Also found out they give themselves ratings, if you see positive feedback from this location I would assume it's false. You suck Sears. Can't wait for you to go out of business. Also, you should have kept Craftsman made in USA. Worst decision ever besides the people you choose to hire to represent you at your stores.
