This is solely on service and not on the quality of the food. I ordered a meat stromboli at 5:13 pm. I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I’m still waiting. As I walked into the restaurant, a patron was paying for his food. When I approached the counter, the young lady asked me to wait, no greeting or anything. Shortly thereafter, while the young lady did not return, two other women walked in and stood behind me. All of the employees preparing food greeted them, whereas I just got several glances. I normally support Big Apple because I love what they do in the community and they are a local business. Having past experiences in customer service, no matter how busy the business is , you always greet your customers as if it is there first time there. It’ll be a while before I return.

Stopped for gas and a bite to eat, we were very pleased to find this gem! Doesn't look like much from the outside. We had intended to just go in and to order to go, but changed our minds very quickly once inside. It's very clean and asthetically pleasing. The pizza was phenomenal! Our waitress Karen was very friendly and took great care of us! You must try this place!

Awe came along this restaurant on a trip home, and it was a very good selection. The employee was rather rude, expecting us to already know how the restaurant operates, even though it was our only time going here. The food turned out delicious, however.

The best pizza in Ft Pierce. I've been eating there since the mid-90s. The staff is always friendly. I've done eat in, pick up, and delivery and they are always courteous & the pizza is always hot & fresh.

During the daytime nice atmosphere full of people good food at night time very peaceful the food is delicious it's a nice place to visit
