Hello everyone. I would first like to apologize for the less than amazing service that some of the customers have received. That is not what we want at big apple pizza and pasta. Looking at these reviews I've seen alot that I my self am not happy with and I personally want to let those customers know that each of these issues are being taken care of as we speak and WILL be corrected. I personally will also make sure that your next visit is as professional and lovely as possible if you were to give us another shot. I really hope to you at the store again some time soon.

Over the past 5 years of living incredibly close to this restaurant I've given it about half a dozen tries, always hoping for the best, but I keep getting disappointed.

The food is ok, but every time I've ordered online for pickup the order isn't ready when I scheduled it. Doesn't matter if I put it in 45 minutes ago or 4 hours, I end up waiting 20 minutes for my food to be done. The couple times I've ordered online for delivery it has taken over an hour to get to my apartment despite it being only 5 minute drive.

This place will waste your time, and the food isn't worth the money. They can't even get your order ready when you give them three hours of advanced notice.

One of our favorite restaurant when it comes to pasta and pizza, they really have the best pasta and pizza in the area, staff are also kind and helpful

Love Big Apple in Stuart but this location is a complete disappointment every single time. The girl that ALWAYS answers the phone is beyond rude and completely miserable, your order will always take forever, be wrong AND lukewarm. Since the only options in this area are Dominoes or Papa John's, we've tried to order from here a lot... Tonight, the delivery guy showed up and asked for a tip after I'd already left $5 on a $20 order (another cold pizza and of course, they forgot the garlic knots)... At this point, I'm done with Big Apple. The pizza isn't even good, I'll stick with Papa John's from now on.
