I love Tropical Smoothie, but this particular one seems to be slow. Perhaps they're under staffed, but I'm always here for more than 15 minutes, even if I only get a smoothie. Great food, but not fast.

Excellent! Best smoothies, always consistent, and always perfect...ask for Brianna, best smoothie maker in town! Don't for get to leave a tip, these ladies work hard to blend up perfection!

Everytime I visit this location, I never had a messed up smoothie nor food order. The staff is attentive and pretty prompt with the orders. There usually isn't a wait here either, since it's hidden in the plaza. I'm not sure if they have online ordering yet, but I do know tropical smoothie will be rolling them out to all their stores in the future. Check it out.

Nothing but AMAZING things to say! I'm totally hooked on the smoothies and get them like crazy when visiting from CT! 🍹

I was really disappointed in the turnaround time for smoothies. It took over 30 minutes to fulfill my order for 4 smoothies while I was standing there with children. The girls working were incredibly apologetic and genuinely sorry once I said something but there needs to be additional training for these employees so they can effectively represent your brand.
