The owner had to write the review about being respectable and fair.  In my view Egotistical and unfair is more accurate. He feels he owns gold instead of a run down group of multi floor ancient buildings with questionable environmental issues and poor condition elevators. The larger tennants have all left due to his pricing as if he had a one story 30 ft ceiling new structure.  When a tennant leaves he raises the rates on us the smaller tennants to make up for the loss of income. As he has seen his tennants leave one by one he gets worse. Be careful of anyone who says "Everyone likes me" one of his favorite sayings.
