Big Bear Cool Cabins always has the best rates and coolest cabins. The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful they go above and beyond. Barbara helped me with finding the perfect cabin she seems to know all the cabins very well. Their website is easy to navigate. The cabins have always been very clean and ready when we check in. They have been accommodating on early check-in and late checkout. We love Big Bear it’s a great place for a weekend getaway.

I had the best experience with Big Bear Cool Cabins on my stay!  Barbara Velasquez took my reservation over the phone and helped me get specific directions. I really enjoyed Big Bear and loved that they had pet friendly cabins available, which Barbara shared.  She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs! Our vacation was incredible, the house was very nicely equipped and made us feel at home. I will definitely book again!

I love this company! My family and I always choose to stay with Cool Cabins. Karrie is such a pleasure to work with. She's always friendly and kind. She's makes the whole experience magical and really cares about her guests! My family and I will always return to Cool Cabins! They have the best prices in town and an amazing staff.

I have so many great things to say about this place. I absolutely love cool cabins. Family owned business who actually believes in doing good business by it's customers. The staff is great. Especially Trish, she always goes out of her way to make a customer happy. Very professional but always makes it a very personable experience.

Came up to Big Bear for a trip with my girlfriends last month and had a really great time staying with Big Bear Cool Cabins. We got a nice cabin located near the shopping centers. The Cabin was clean and well stocked with linens and Kitchen/toiletry items. Neighborhood was very quiet and a great atmosphere for BBQ’s. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice man named Johnny come by and service our spa. He left us a bundle of firewood cause the spa service took a little longer than expected. My girlfriends and I were very happy with our stay and look forward to our next trip up.
