I am a part of a high school group that stayed in the two houses and I couldn't have enjoyed it more! It was the perfect location, very cozy, and it felt like a home away from home. The houses are located very close to the lake and in walking distance from a bunch of cute stores. We really enjoyed our time here, exploring the town and enjoying our stay at this lovely property. This is our second year going to Big Bear and staying in these houses and we can't wait for next year!

We have rented out the blue house now several times over the last couple years. We are a church youth group and the house is excellent for groups 30-40. Each time it feels the amenities get better, but overall it is an excellent location and wonderful place to stay. The ownership and managers on site are super kind, helpful, and responsive. The house is clean, kitchen good for cooking for everyone, plenty of space with the game room, free wifi a plus, cozy space for small conversations and also the game room can be converted for large group meeting space. It can accommodate both those smaller conversations as a private place to get away and sleep, or for larger groups looking to intentionally connect. I totally recommend it and look forward to returning!

I am the Club Adviser for a high school group in Orange County, and we have rented out both houses these past 2 years for our retreats. The facilities are perfect for our 3 day weekend trip! The yellow house for the girls , the blue house for the boys! Each house has a huge living room area, kitchen, enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. They are clean, well stocked with bedding and various house essentials. In between the houses is a small bonfire area for group gatherings as well. The houses have good heating and satellite/online TV. They also have free Wifi which is so useful in the mountain area. We felt safe and good at the property! A couple of blocks away is the lake and downtown village main street - so convenient! We hope to make this a yearly event at the Houses! Grayson and Richard - the Managers of the place, are very easygoing, very organized and so helpful! Grayson will send you a very detailed information packet that pretty much answers all your questions and preparation details. Richard is just a text/phone call away for anything you need during the stay. They really go out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Thank you so much, and see you next year!!!

We are a senior high school group of 45 and we rented both the yellow and blue house. With senior boys in the yellow house and senior girls in the blue house this was the PERFECT set up for a successful group trip! Every single student fit perfectly within both cabins; the village, conveniently located just one easy block from the cabins, allowed students to get something to eat, shop and be easily entertained without having to look or pay for transportation; the free wifi, ping pong/foosball tables, board games and TVs allowed for good clean fun in the evenings; and the local lake and picturesque hikes provided the nature we were all looking for! The fully functioning kitchens and BBQ provided the bonding time we wanted and the necessary space needed to cook breakfast and dinner for 45! We loved every minute and are looking forward to making this our annual senior trip! Thank you Grayson for the excellent service, communication and recommendations for local hikes! We highly recommend these rentals to all those with big groups and looking for the best centralized location to all things Big Bear!
