Stayed in Big Bear for a couple of days at LAKEFRONT ROUND THE LAKE, and had the best time ever! The house is big and cozy in front of the lake - the sunrise view is breathtaking! I swear it can't get better than that. I'd definitely recommend this home. It's perfect for your family, kids, pets or if you just want to simply getaway. Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely had such an amazing weekend!! Our first cabin was double booked and we were so bummed. But Big Bear Lakefront Cabins did everything to make sure we found the perfect cabin for our weekend getaway. The cabin is super nice and cozy (inspiration ranch) It has a wood burning fireplace —even better for family gatherings. The pool table upstairs kept us entertained all weekend. The kitchen is a fully loaded kitchen! It was a perfect weekend. Thank you!

We stayed at the Summit Chalet and the house was amazing! All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was big and well-stocked with any appliances we needed, and the dining room and living room were both large and inviting, including several couches and a beautiful dining room table. The backyard was also big and fenced in which was nice for our dog, and the hot tub was huge and very fun as well. The house was close to the slopes, the town, and the lake and very conveniently located. Also the Big Bear Lakefront Cabin staff was kind and easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin was well-kept, fully-equipped, and quaint. Oh, and staff was helpful, accommodating, and kind as well. I would recommend them! They even have an app they've partnered with in case you're antisocial or highly value convenience.

Very disatisfied with customer service. Booked & had to cancel from unforseen circumstances...didnt even paid them in full for the reservation. Still was charged a fee....unsatisfactory!!! FEE after FEE after FEE....NON-Refund is NOT even advertised on their website....Months in advance I notified for my emergent cancellation!!! Then I had to bug them for a written response....I have traveled ALL over the world & always encountered acceptable customer service. Very unprofessional, irresponsive & inconsiderate to the needs of a customer...I would go somewhere else....definately more out there....
