Here at Big Ben, we have the largest menu in Philly, with over 500 items to choose from, including our Gigantic 32' pizza, we can satisfy any hungry mouth! Big Ben is also open to any suggestions or comments you may have, so please feel free to let us know! The best chicken cheese steak around its packed with meat it's big enough for two although it is sooo tasty you may not want to share. They always have help wanted signs in the window they have many black customers but won't hire them in his business for shame.

The food is good but the service from the young white girl with blonde hair n I believe a young Spanish girl with glasses is horrible. Very rude no manners n they act like they are out on a social event, thank god there was another girl with class that doesn't even fit into the atmosphere saved there ass from me throwing my chocolate milkshake all over them. Big bens step ya game up n hire people who want to work n take there job seriously until you do I will take my business elsewhere. Shout out to the 1 that was professional young with reddish blonde hair but very professional you saved your coworkers n they don't even know!!!!! The 2 stars are for you reddish blonde thanks.

Been going to big bens for over a year loved it. Recently i don't know what happend to the other counter girls that were there they were great new my orders and everything. But as of late these new girls especially the one from tonight are terrible they have no customer service no value for their loyal customers and are very rude.. Don't think I will be going back so they can thank their rude counter girl for loosing a loyal customer who came multiple times a week for over a year never spent less then 20$ it's a shame loved their food but what good is it without customer service....and from their response on here u can see what I'm talking about .. It's ok I'll gladly spend my money and galaxy or Drougies 😂😂 u have a 3.9 rating and it not cause of ur food which is great it's cause of the horrible customer service ..
