Just came in from an evening post graduation dinner for my niece. Relatives came in from across the country as well as from Canada. Reservations for this get together were made well in advance. That being said you would think the service we received would have been excellent. Not even despite having three waitresses for a group of fifteen people. Appetizers came out with the entree or never made it out at all. Requests for sweetener and extra napkins fell on deaf ears until the manager came out. But no sooner did he leave our waitresses were unavailable. Now I have to say the food was for the most part delicious. However their chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach was extremely salty and their calamari was extremely tough. Would I ever cone back to this restaurant?  Perhaps but I would never have a party or special gathering there. Please note the restaurant was not crowded so the ineptitude of the wait staff can not be attributed to being overwhelmed by the amount of people they had to serve.

Fabulous food. For a corporate restaurant the concept worked very well. We both had steaks and the preparation was very unique and not lacking in flavor at all. I also recommend the lettuce wraps if they happen to be on the menu at the time of your visit. Their French onion soup is one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this establishment.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived just as they were closing but they seated us and the kitchen made us whatever we wanted. The food was also delicious.

Food was lacking taste and small portions too. Some stupid waiter picked up dirty papers from the floor and said here you dropped these putting them on our table. NOT OURS we said as he dropped them on our table and food. After finishing my burger I started to eat my salad. Waiter grabbed the plate as I was eating and said are you done.  I said no but take it. Restaurant lacks good management and training. Not going back. Plenty of quality places within 10 min ride not go there again. Oh and 2 people with burgers and cokes and one small appetizer cost us 55.00... Try Burger Bar behind Gallows on the BLVD!!!  

UPDATE:  Sent me a 10.00 gift card for removing my review! Doesn't pay for the tip I left! It's a joke? Insult?  Going to mail it back to corporate with a letter of disappointment and recommendations for how to improve customer relations and restaurant  fastidiousness...

I do love Iron Hill - I will say however, this location needs a larger menu. 
Cheesesteak Egg rolls are a must try.
**Update: As of June 2017 they have updated their menu to be like other Iron Hill locations. No more complaints from me!**
