I am a Security Guard for a very well known company that had 3 shirts and 4 pr. of pants dry cleaned and totally unsatisfied with the way that the creases were so off that I will NEVER take My clothing there ever again.

I had a new pair of wool dress pants from Banana Republic that I had taken in to be cleaned. Unbeknownst to me, the hem came out.  I brought these pants with me to Italy the next day, and having succeeded in packing light for a change found myself without the staple in my wardrobe!  I had to buy new black pants in Italy that cost a small fortune- and did not have the same tailored fit as my Banana slacks. Upon my return I brought these pants to the store manager who chose to argue with me that this was not possible because "she always checks the hems in case they need fixing." But she did not examine my pants- and thankfully that was documented in the computer. After a great deal of hassle and a call to the owners they agreed to fix my hem if I had my newly dry-cleaned pants dry-cleaned again because "no one is going to want to handle the pants after you had them on."  I had them on for 30 seconds before I spotted the broken hem- I was not traipsing around in them!  Fine if they wanted to re-clean them, but I had to pay (again) to have them professionally cleaned a second time before they would fix the hem.  Boy oh boy, talk about poor customer service. I already had some doubts about their work after taking a wool sweater in to be cleaned. They had done nothing to remove some of the pilling that had occurred- something I have found to be standard practice at my former cleaners in Rochester.  I can't find a decent cleaner in Buffalo, please help!!!!!
