I JUST HAD AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LAUNDRY MAT. I WENT IN ON 6/5/17 TO WASH A COMFORTER, IT COST 8.00 TO WASH A COMFORTER IN A LARGE MACHINE. I PUT A 10.00 BILL IN THEIR QUARTERS ONLY MACHINE AND IT ATE MY MONEY AND GAVE ME NO CHANGE. I HAD TO WALK NEXT DOOR TO THE SUPER MARKET TO GET CHANGE TO WASH MY COMFORTER, I LEFT A NOTE FOR THEM LASTNIGHT WHEN I WAS THERE AS WELL AS FOLLOWED UP THIS MORNING. I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN THE MANAGER CAME IN SHE WOULD TALK TO HIM AND GET BACK TO ME. 6 HOURS LATER NO RETURN CALL. I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT USUALLY REFUND THAT LARGE OF AN AMOUNT AND MANY PEOPLE TRY TO SCAM THEM AND SAY EXACTLY WHAT I WAS SAYING. BUT SHE WOULD AGAIN TALK TO HER MANAGER WHEN HE CAME IN LATER. MY FIANCE CALLED RIGHT BACK AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WAS. SO NOW BEING LIED TO BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WASNT IN. SHE TOLD MY FIANCE THAT ITS TO MUCH OF A HASSEL FOR THE OWNER TO COME IN AND CHECK THE MACHINE TO SEE IF ITS OVER. AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT PULLING THE VIDEO OF THE 5 CAMERAS IN THE PLACE TO SEE ME WALKING OUT AND GOING TO THE SUPER MARKET OR THAT THE MACHINE DID NOT GIVE ME THE CHANGE THEY JUST SAID WE WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. 10.00 DOLLARS MAY NOT BE A LOT OF MONEY BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WILLING TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN TRYING TO GET CHANGE FROM THIS LUANDRY MAT BECAUSE IF THE MACHINE EATS YOUR MONEY YOU S.O.L.

Not too clean, old machines and equipment, no quiet place to sit. Which all would have been fine, if the staff person was not so unfriendly.

Love this laundry mat.🙌🏾 It's a Tuesday afternoon and only one other person is here washing.😱 The facility is clean, has an area to relax, vending machines plenty of folding tables, WIFI and Dawn M. is very nice and helpful!😊 Highly Recommend!💕 Tip: The Name Putside just says "Laundromat" & "Cleaners" (Not Division...) 👌🏾
