Customer relations is all about vantage points, and unfortunately as personable & nice as Erika is her & her Crew at Big Lake Recreation put me in a very bad spot with a countdown clock because either they were too lazy & wanted to chase easier money or they misrepresented their skills and realized they were in over their heads. Instead of approaching it professionally they chose - bury their head in the sand immaturity. I was greeted with open arms & encouragement with a 2 week deadline for my project. Instead I was given an email versus a phone a call 3 hours after I dropped the boat off stating " Unfortunately, the boat is not something my tech feels comfortable working on", and the kicker is my follow up inquiry phone calls were instantly sent to voicemail like my number was blocked after that. So they were informed of the job, walk me through the job process, asked all the preinterview project questions, quoted a ballpark price, quoted a time frame & then 3 hours later sent a cowardly email to withdraw from the project. The only thing that was commendable on their part was not charging me for storage or labor costs for the time my boat sat at their facilities for 3 days until I came to pick it up.

I just made a phone call to Big Lake Recreation Inc to have my boss's boat pulled and stored for the winter. Today was a busy day for them. Erica, the lovely woman who answered the phone, was not only upbeat and friendly, she was extremely organized. Thank you for the fast, friendly service and attention to detail. Cheers.

Excellent customer service, and attention to detail. You won't be disappointed. An excellent array of services for a reasonable price. Highly recommend! 5 stars!!!
