Friendly check out staff. Store felt a bit dingy and poorly organized. That being said, I did find some organization bins that I was looking for, so despite the cleanliness of the store, they fulfilled my need.

Horrible experience! I walked in there ready to buy some patio furniture since they had them in stock and Franklin Park didn't. 2 days before I called in and they told me that they have 7 in stock, but at that time they don't have anyone to pull it off the trailer. So I waited another day and went in next day ready to buy! and spend almost a grand. When i got there i was told that the guy that worked that day (young kid) is new and that he wouldn't know how to pull it off the trailer. I was speechless how unprofessional! No wonder that they got 7 in stock! I believe I'm not the 1st customer that was turned away! Their store is a complete mess, they should stop by at Franklin Park location and see cleanliness & how business is run there! I will definitely take my business elsewhere or to another location at least! Oakbrook location is by far the worst!

This is a good place to get items at a decent price. Wish that they wouldn't have cut the electronics section back so much.

This place is terrible. Shelves were in disarray and nothing was in a cohesive figuration. It was dirty, think an abandoned kmart... We would not return. Services also , meh. But I did hear the complaints of the workers.
