Had a very positive experience while shopping for mattresses. The salesperson, Paul, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Skilled at guiding us in our decision without ever being pushy. A very pleasant experience, would highly recommend to others.

Large selection of furniture for all rooms. Helpful staff who are not pushy.  You can browse and not feel pressured.  So nice to touch and feel furniture before purchasing.

Macy's furniture is not connected to Macy's department store in Oakbrook Center. It is located further west on 22nd Street right before the Costco. I was there to buy a chair and some tables. I walk through the store with a friend and probably saw three or four other customers. When I decided on what I wanted to purchase, I ended up having to go back to the entrance to find a salesperson. The store was completely void of staff. I don't know how long Macy's furniture will last. They have already begun to cut back on what they sell in store. They now put many smaller items online. Their prices are not ridiculous, but their delivery charges are outrageous. Many nice pieces in the showroom. Macy's furniture is not connected to Macy's department store in Oakbrook Center. Have gotten a number of furniture items here. Process are good. Delivery service superb, but pricey. My only complaint is everything we buy is never ready, and we do end up waiting a minimum of a couple months before it's ready to be delivered. Slight bummer. But it's a good shopping experience, and the furniture had held up, 5 years and counting.
