This was my first time being there. Person behind counter was very nice. They didn’t have a big selection of donuts at all but they did have some right out of the oven glazed donuts and donut holes   The ones we got was very good and a very good reasonable price. I will definitely go back.

Been going here for years. Love the doughnuts! I do recommend that you stay away from the special mixed drinks as they are too sweet.

This place is a Cookeville must-try.  The donuts are always fresh and tasty, and in my humble experience the staff has always been fast and friendly.  They have a great variety of donuts,  plus other items such as biscuits and smoothies.   I like the atmosphere, and parking is easy to find.  They also offer free wifi, so often TTU come here to study at all hours.  Sometimes there are old timers in there that will talk your ear off, but i suppose that is part of the small town charm.  They sell huge (bigger than your face) apple fritters that will fill you up.

So I’ve lived in Cookeville for about 4 years now and never actually been to Big O’s, I usually went to Ralph’s, but for some reason I only want to go get donuts on Sunday and Ralph’s is closed. I decided to go by Big O’s today with my daughter to give them a try! They are tasty, and the staff even though they were very busy, we’re very patient with a mom and her 4 year old trying to pick out all the donuts we wanted to try! They are literally the biggest donuts I’ve ever seen and we’re very fresh! I now know why they are called Big O donuts lol.
