They have a clean store with a nice waiting area which is good... Because if you buy tires here you're going to spend alot of time there.  Since I bought tires here I've had to go back more than ten times to have what should have been a simple issue fixed.  They don't track issues with your vehicle so they can't review what's been done previously to make logical decisions about what steps to take next to resolve an issue.  They seem annoyed by the fact that they have customers.  Definitely will be shopping anywhere else next time.

I love going to this store. Excellent customer service. They always have free donuts, coffee and water. It's like sitting at home in your own livingroom while your vehicle gets worked on. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work guys.

We're nice and quick to get me back on the road. Didn't even complain it was a fleet vehicle.

Not obly was I happy with my new tires but the workers were so kind and frkindly and when i was leaving they noticed tthre was gas leaking under my truck. They fixed the pprolem and got me on the road again! Thanks guys its a great feeling knowing theres good people out in the world still! I will always remember how u mad sure i made it home safe. May god bless u all and give u yr 10 fold.

Big o tires called my Father and told him he the owner was going to issue my Father a $90.00 credit for all the hassle he went through. Fixing the problem....thanks Big O,  you surprised me by your actions...thats why you now get a five star rating....Glad to KNOW there's still GOOD business practices out there.....
