I came hear with little hope that I could get financing for a Jeep renegade for my daughter. We had tried earlier in the month and were turned down. So when I called and Ray answered all my thousands of questions so patiently and let me talk to Sam, the general manager about financing issues,I decided to go to the dealership. I expected the same salesman runaround, but Ray was so patient with all my questions and comments and also trying to decide whether to buy the Jeep. Sam assured me he could get it done with the payments I needed, and he came through for me!! I don't know how, I thought it would be impossible! They are the nicest group of guys I've experienced, and I've bought a lot of cars in the past....I was treated so well, and they made my daughter's dream come true! All she wanted was a red Jeep renegade, and they made it happen!!! Thank you Ray and Sam!!!

I should have read the previous reviews before trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, absolutely horrible experience! I was constantly given the run around! They let me take the vehicle home as I lived 4 hours away and they were to send someone up to me to finalize the paperwork in which this took two weeks for them to finally make a plan to do so. The day this was supposed to take place the deal had fallen through, at this point I was late making my car payment for the vehicle I traded in and had been waiting for the dealership to pay off. I went to a local bank to get approved here, and as I did so their story changed numerous times when it came to interest rate and down payment. I demanded them to bring me car back at this point it was way to much stress!! Now I am behind on my car payment which also accumulated late fees that they told me they would pay and yet to do so. Don't waste your time at this dealership, I was better off going somewhere else.

A bit confusion. However sales agent Xavier wad super on customer service & knowledge. I didn't feel pressure!!
