My experience with Big O yesterday was anything but good customer service. We have been taking our cars to Big O for over 2 years and  I originally brought my car in to get an oil change. While I was there the man at the service desk suggested that I get a power steering flush. He stated that my fluid looked dark and that they had no record of the flush being performed on my car. Because of the information given I had them perform the flush on my car. When I got home I was looking through my records and found that the very same flush had been performed a year earlier. Only 13,000 miles had passed on my odometer and Big O told me yesterday that the flush was good for 50,000 miles.  When I went in to talk with them about the mistake they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Why is Big O recommending $90 dollar services to customers who have already had the service done a year earlier? All this experience has said to me is that Big O is only in the business of making money not in doing what is best for their customers. I would give this experience a zero if that were possible. We are done taking our cars to Big O.

*****UPDATE*****  Big O gave us a call and straighten things out. We appreciate their quick response to our problem. Thank you for the professional way you handled things.

Guys, you've gotta get the balancing thing figured out. I mean really. We've spent over $2K with you in the last year on tires for two trucks. Every time we have them rotated you tell us they're balanced and they're clearly not. They're a bouncy vibrating mess on the road. We've had to take them to multiple places to have them rebalanced and it's clear they're balanced correctly because the road noise, vibration and bounce goes away. What gives? Don't tell us they're balanced when we know they're not and then we have to go elsewhere and pay to have it corrected. At that point there is zero value in buying a Big O brand tire, right?

I went to this Big O for four new tires about two weeks ago and after having them put on decided to go for a drive to try them out. Long story short, I ended up just outside of Morgan stranded with two flat tires (one that was completely ruined) and two tires that had lost 10psi each. After some help from a couple good Samaritans as well as my father, I barely made it back to Layton. The next morning my father went back to Big O to explain the situation and they replaced the ruined tire on the house (which is expected) but refused to do anything about the other tires, explaining that on older cars sometimes the rims need to be polished before replacing tires or the tires won't hold air well. This was NOT explained or even mentioned when I got the tires, and they didn't even offer to help out! The manager got very defensive and started yelling at my dad, who promptly left and attempted to contact the corporate Big O office and complain. The corporate office then transferred him BACK TO THE MANAGER to file his complaint! All in all I am entirely unsatisfied with this location and will never be returning. Go to Jed's Treads, they have fixed every problem I have had with these tires ON THE HOUSE. It's a night at day difference between a rude manager whom obviously doesn't give the slightest care about customer service and friendly staff of people that are knowledgeable and happy to help.

These guys always do the best job. And everything always works great. I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done

This shop is full of energetic people that really care about your safety on the road. I work in the shop and we will only recommend repairs if they are really needed. Working for Max Hansen is a privilege. He is honest and upfront about everything. I'm honored to work here.
