I bought a lifetime alignment for my 2004 Tacoma from the West Covina store.  Ten years later I sold my truck to my father-in-law and I told him to take the truck to Big-O in Chino for future alignments since he lived there.  I had no doubt they would honor the lifetime alignment because I'd been a loyal customer since I purchased my truck in 2004.  I was disappointed to hear they aligned the truck once  as a courtesy but would no longer honor the lifetime alignment because  the truck had been sold! The Big-O in West Covina never indicated my lifetime alignment would be voided if I sold my truck. When I talked to the manager of the store (who was cordial and professional), he maintained the alignment was invalid because I sold the truck. I expected a seamless transition of service from me to my father-in-law but that did not happen- too bad.

I got there at 5:00 pm with a flat tire and I was turned away because they were closing in an hour and they had 3 to service before me, worst experience

I was extremely pleased.  I went in to have my low tires checked and I was completely ready for them to say that I needed new tires.  Instead they checked all four and said they were good for another 10k miles.  They put air in all of them for no charge.  So when I did need tires, I went back and bought them from here.  Knowing that I wasn't cheated made a big difference in where I will shop...LOVE THIS PLACE

Bad experience with Big o tires when in for a alignment and they mess up my rack and Pinion it was only days before I had installed by my mechanic.  Big O Tires didn't tie down the tie rod and torn the boot on rack pinion luckily my wheel did not come off my vehicle  and it cost $700 to install another new one  that they didn't want to pay.  I would think anybody who goes there to think twice and if you do make sure make them check everything's twice before you leave...

Bought 4 tires last September. Terrific service initially. My only advice would be plan ahead with an appointment if possible. This location can become very busy.
