I come to this location Monday through Saturday and I usually have no issues. Last week I ran into a problem with one of their baristas. The following day I was able to speak with the manager about the situation, she was more than helpful. I appreciated her willingness to listen and the way she was professional/sincere. I honestly didn't want to go back to this location but the manager changed that for me. I am going to give this location another chance.The coffee is great and normally the baristas are great too. You also have to think about where ever you buy something or shop somewhere there is going to be an employee who has a bad attitude or lack of customer service skills.

I have a friend who goes here regularly and she sent me there to get her drink... they knew what to make right after I mentioned her name.... great customer service... keep the good work up...

The service is as good as the coffee. The pretty ladies are also a plus. Will probably come back again... and again

I love it there. All the girls are so sweet and helpful on what you want to drink. The only Bigfoot I will go to.

It's unfortunate that bigfoot java would hire a smartass. Today, A woman made a smart ass comment to me when I did not tip her. For her "Excellent customer service" ( Which I did not receive ) remember it's not by law that I have to tip this woman. If she wanted a tip so bad I'll make sure the next time I see her I'll be more then happy to tip her a $1 bill that has been in my sweaty ass crack.
