Walked in to this location with 8 employees at the drive through window and an equal amount of people waiting g to order in the lobby. Nobody taking orders and had to walk out when the only person taking orders instead of helping customers waiting went to check on pies in the back. They have zero regard for lobby customers.  Management here is non-existant, I understand it's McDonald's but come on, you need a welcoming person at your register, you're losing money not having someone taking orders. Thankfully there is an ezells right next door that I could be helped promptly with a friendly face.

I love the coffee! ... Today they were pretty good about hooking me up with extra whip cream and 🍯 honey, but, they did charge me extra for the whip, but we did get a free refill. Federal Way and Fife McDonald's are the best because they don't charge for the extra whip cream which I prefer over regular creamer and leche aka milk. ;).

I used to love taking the dry bottom bun off both a mcChicken and a mcDouble, add ketchup and mayo, and stick both halves together, creating a chicken/cheeseburger burger 🍔 But these days i usually just go for the McChicken with a little tiny bit of xtra mayo and a tomato 🍅 added 👍

This McDonalds needs to get it together. Drive Thru can't accept cards(cash only, what is this? The 1980's?) and only one register inside that can accept cards. Have been there in recent days when one only one fryer was working and it took forever to get an order with french fries. It's also common for the ice cream/milkshake and or smoothie machine to be down. Something always seems to be broken. We sometimes want a McDonalds fix and this one is so close to our house but I guess we will have to start going to Burger King or Dairy Queen instead.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru to find out they only accept cash, waited in line to get out of drive thru. Then i try to go inside and im informed by an employee the lobby is closed from 2pm to 4pm.
Thanks for nothing.
