The coffee and tea products are on point. I don't recommend getting their hot chocolate, it's rather artificial with the syrup and all. As far as customer service goes, they are very helpful and friendly.

While I love Biggby in general, on my most recent visit to this location on a weekend, the barista seemed to be working alone and seemed extremely unsure of what she was doing. After she added the milk, the cup was far from full but there was nothing left in the pitcher, so rather than ask me if I wanted whip or steaming more, she filled the top of the cup with more than an inch and half of straight whipped cream. When I got it, the milk was burnt as well, but I was under a time crunch and didn't have time to wait to have it remade, so went with it.

The score of the app. Has nothing to do with the service at this place great smiles great hustle. Workers when i was there were amazing

Service here is excellent, the employees work at a brisk pace and the prices are reasonable. The only real problem are the customers some of whom are absurdly snobby and slow down the process for everyone else.

This use to be my favorite biggby in Lansing. Now everytime I go here, there's a build up line inside of 10+ people, and the drive thru is atleast a 30min wait. People are expecting a quick coffee run and instead end up waiting longer for one drink than it would take to get seated at a busy restaurant. Do not recommend. 👎
