The employees make it worthwhile to consider driving/riding past other bike stores and, although those may have improved, you probably won't be unhappy visiting this one.

Impeccable Customer Service! Mike is extremely knowledgeable & takes care of us every time. Staff is not pushy and prices are competitive. You won't get hustled. You can also rent bikes if you're not local. Great great great neighborhood bike store!

Exceptional customer service!! I have been coming here for two years and have never received anything less than outstanding treatment. They are very knowledgeable, offer expert advice, have a huge availablility of inventory and very competitive pricing. I have purchased many bikes from them for myself and the family, ranging in price from a couple of hundred dollars kids bikes to ones costing many thousands of dollars and each time the service has been second to none.

Rented a road bike from these guys last week. Specialized Tarmac, well-enough equipped that I could join fastest group rides up and down A1A coastline. Broken spoke, wheel swapped out within minutes, no questions asked. Professional, courteous staff and a well-stocked store with a full range of models, clothing, and gear for just about anyone. If you're a racer/fast rider who is visiting Palm Beach area, I highly recommend renting from these guys! Do give them 3 days' notice as they move rental bikes around their several stores.
