Living in Florida I have not had much need for cold weather gear. In need of warm clothing for our upcoming trip. I found this place by doing a Google search for ski gear near me. Again, as a native Floridian, my knowledge of cold weather necessities is very limited. My fiance and I visited the location on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach. We had the pleasure of being greeted by a gentleman named Brad Detwiler. He was very knowledgable of the products sold at the store and walked us through the departments to help us find everything we needed. I was very impressed with the stylish options Peter Glenn carries for women. It is great to have a store that sells merchadise for cold and snowy climents here in sunny Florida. Thanks to Brad we were able to purchase all of our last minute necessities for our upcoming trip to Iceland. With Brads help, we were able to get in and out in a very timely manor as well.

NEW UPDATE: Since writing this honest and accurate review a gentleman named Dave from the main Peter Glenn office contacted me. Dave went above and beyond to provide me with the customer service that Don Dziatkiewicz the WPB store manager should have provided along with the promise that future customer service will now improve in this store. I truly believe that this will now happen as it will be a great advantage to both Peter Glenn and their past, present and future customers. I will make it a point to shop there again to see this for myself. Best wishes to Peter Glenn as a whole for a bright future with increased growth and sales! Original Post--All I have to say is Don Dziatkiewicz the Manager Of Peter Glenn in West Palm Beach cut me off while I was trying to talk with him and he treated me horribly! After years of being a customer, I will NEVER shop there again! This guy is amazing in a very bad way!
