Craig and his partner at Bike Line are amazing human beings!  They're not salesman....but talented and gifted service leaders.  They fixed my bike and my kids bike.  All while having great conversations and teaching me about spin and exercises.  

Guess where I'm going to purchase my next bike from?!!  That's what happens when one provides amazing service.

The staff is well versed regarding their products. They are courteous and take a real interest in what it is you are looking for. I purchased my first bike from here and there was a genuine interest in my needs and care for my bicycle. I received quick service that went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend.

I was in the market for a new mountain bike.  The guys at Bike Line spent the time to understand what exactly I was looking for and explain my options. I'll gladly return for any bike purchasing needs.

This place is very expensive. To adjust a chain and brakes of a 20" bike, I was charged over $50. I refused and took my bike to Firehouse bicycles in Philly. I paid $10 for the same service. Plus they are cool and respectful. you wait as they fix your bike. I will never go back to Bikeline.
