The staff was so friendly and helpful with sizing my shoes and attaching the cleats. I would have walked out of there thinking I was all set for spin class and greatly disappointed when I couldn't use them! So glad they took the time to make sure I had what I needed! Great experience. I will be back for all my cycle/spin needs and I have referred several people.

The are open on a Sunday and had exactly the parts I needed in stock was in about out in less them 5 mins.
I love supporting local small business.

I've been shopping for a mountain bike for a few weeks now, I went in today to look at / purchase a Specialized mountain bike. I was approached by a very nice man who got a bike down for me to try out. When I asked a question, he was very honest and said, I'm not a huge mountain bike guy, let me go get him. A man walked over and was visably upset that this other man had asked him to help me. His direct comment was "come on man, I'm trying to get something done" it was clearly obvious that he would not have answered the questions I would have, I apologized for the trouble and left the store. I feel sorry for the management of this store if their going to employ people who are "too busy" to help people who want to spend money.

I bought both of my kids bikes there.. it was adequate.

A deaf friend of mine went in and asked for a pen and paper in order to communicate.  The person behind the counter was rude and annoyed at having to take the time to help him.  Screw them.  There is another bike shop  in Swarthmore about not far away that is just as good or a Target close by.  Why go to a joint that has workers who can't take the time to help out somebody in order to sell them something?
