The staff was very friendly. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in even though the staff was busy helping another customer. Mike took my bikes off my bike rack, and he put them back on. I had my bike tuned up after it sat in a storage room for months. Also, the brakes didn't work well in the front. When I picked my bike up, it looked brand new. It works great now. I've been riding ever since.

Very friendly staff. I emailed them on a Monday and received a reply shortly after. I ordered the bike Friday and it was delivered and taken home the following Saturday.

Very knowledgeable guys. Mike is awesome and informative. Never knew so much went into keeping your bike in tip top shape. Will always go to ask questions or get repairs.

I love this bike shop. Friendly personal and professional service.  Helped me out with several small items and earned my business when it was time to buy a new bike.  Super great store!!!

Great, friendly, helpful customer service!!! I've purchased 3 bikes from them over the past 1.5 yrs. I highly recommend going to Bikes Plus Collierville.
