I love the fact that I can always talk to someone there. They are a busy office but will always call you back even afterhours and on the weekends. Love the fact that they work around your schedule and will come to you. I have had them a long time and they are great! Just referred by boyfriend..:)

I really have never had a problem with this agency. From time to time I do get their voicemail, but they always call back promptly and take care of my issues right away. State Farm is a great company, Bill & the staff are top-notch. I always work with Christie when I call in and she has been a pleasure to work with. Thanks Hagan Agency State Farm!

Knowledge Fact *****There are a few things you need to know if you are leaving the Sunshine State or taking insurance off a vehicle.  You want to make sure you turn in your active tag to DMV. It is a Florida State law that if you carry no insurance for more than 30 days on an active tag, the drivers license of the registered owner will be suspended.

Shame! Shame! Never go to this agency! If you would buy insurance from them, then cancel it, they will report to DMV. DMV will suspend your license.
