From the first time we met via a recommendation we knew that this was a family agency that worked one on one with their customers. After years of 800 numbers and push this button for service it is great to dial a number and Alice answers. Today we moved 7 vehicles from State Farm to Alice. From the quotes to the explanation of benefits we knew this was the right move. She sent it out for pricing from multiple companies and then sat with us to review each ones benefits until we could make an informed decision. What a great experience. We have moved all of our commercial liability policies and auto policies and could not be happier... personalized service, great prices what more could I ask for. We are so glad we met Alice and Great Florida.

Alice encarnacion the best insurance agent ever I meet before so kind, friendly and helpful spent a lot of time with me and my family looking for the best insurance quote that can help us out to save some money and she finally got it in 6 month I will back to renew the policy since Alice and her team gave us a great service thank you so much
