Horrible, Horrible customer service. We needed to have a piano used so my dad called them. The scheduling was a mess, they both yelled at my mom and then at me. They first said they would come in morning when no one showed up I called and then they said between 2 and 5 after five when no one showed I called to reschedule and an older gentleman told me sometime tonight and that’s what they were doing whether I liked it or not. So rude and to think we were going to pay them. Bring your business elsewhere. Why pay someone to yell and scream at you.

Bill need lots of training to converse with customers over the phone in a polite and gentle way. Rudeness does not take the business to the next level. I am surprised that the company still exist with this kind of customer service?

You won't find a better place to buy a piano in Cleveland. Amazing Casio display!

Absolutely rude and disgusting service. English isn't my first language, and while conversing on the phone with Mike's dad, he condescendingly asked, "honey do you even speak English" when I misheard the price he quoted me.

As I was passing through the University Circle area I drove past one of my favorite ole’ businesses, BILL KAP PIANO CO. I think the first time I met Bill was probably in the 1970’s. You truly have to appreciate his sense of humor, which is wonderful! More importantly though, he is probably one of the wisest piano persons' in the piano business. Sure he has a great line of pianos, but if I need a key or almost any part, I know his huge inventory probably has it in stock. Thank you Bill for superb service!!!
