Found this company to be very unprofessional.  When questioned as to who the owner was they will hang up on customers.  That is a red flag that they are doing something that may not be to the owners knowledge.  They do no refunds regardless if you don't want their merchandise, or if you find the merchandise don't fit like you thought they would.  This company needs to be reported they take credit cards but will not refund the credit cards only give a store credit or even swap.  Only problem is what if you are a visitor and just traveling through the city on your way to another city.  This is not a good policy.

Don't like the way the employees follow customers around the store. If you open a business in a particular area don't assume that everyone is a thief.
