I called State Farm on 7/12 and spoke to Jessica Otto. I told her my concerns with the increasing monthly payments and asked her what I could do to possible lower them.  I thought I wasn't going to get much help and would be told there was nothing that could be done with my request.  I was completely incorrect with that thought. Jessica took her time and asked me a few questions to see exactly what I was needing. She did some different calculations and came up with a solution to lower my monthly payments along with starting the Drivers Safe & Save. I was extremely pleased with the out come of our conversation. Jessica was also very patient and stopped to listen to my questions and concerns. The tone of her voice was even comforting and that I could tell she wanted to help me to the best of her ability. Jessica emailed me some paperwork before we got off the phone for me to review and sign.
Overall, Jessica has excellent customer service skills and took the time to find a way to help me out. I appreciated her help and kindness. You do not see that a lot these days. 
Mr. Matchell, you have an excellent employee working for you!
Thank you again Jessica for your help today. You made my day!!

I usually email my agent Karla and immediately she responds and is very helpful.  She answers all of my questions and is very generous and friendly.  I have had State Farm for years and they always find the best offers for me and my family.  Thank you Guys

Their business and crew have always gone out of the way to be helpful, and save me money, and keep me covered.....especially Jessica! For an old timer who needs a little reminder now and then... :) Bless you all...

My husband and I have been with State Farm for many years; this doesn't mean I take it for granted State Farm is the best Insurance company for us. I definitely research my choices every so often. My contact at the Bill Matchell State Farm Agency is Karla Kirkland. Karla is the most patient, personable and kind representative I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to compare apples to apples for me each time I question anything. Thus, I stick with Bill Matchell State Farm Agency and I feel that I have the best c/s person (Karla) for the best customer service in town. Way better than 5 stars! I have been insured by State Farm continuously for nearly 60 years, have moved around the country many times, and always appreciated the "good neighbor" service by all of the State Farm agents. Before making an offer on a Gainesville home to move here, I contacted Ms. Tina Haynes late on a Friday to get an insurance quote, not at all realizing how complicated the process would be. Tina was unbelievably skilled, helpful, and friendly. She generously worked late on a Friday evening to complete the quotation and also went out of her way to make me feel welcome to Gainesville. Have not yet met Mr. Matchell, but I highly recommend Tina (and State Farm).
