Simply put,  my auto insurance agent asked to quote for my new  home insurance when I thought I already had the best policy price from the developer's own insurance agency. Within a matter of hours my auto insurance agent came back to me with Tower Hill, same coverage, hundreds less! Paperwork was quick and easy. All looking positive!

I was impressed with the service provided by the Tower Hill Insurance representative throughout the entire process. From the initial contact, all the way to my final decision of choosing Tower Hill for my homeowner's insurance, the agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed to value me as a customer. I sincerely recommend Tower Hill.

I'm very happy so far. The rates were good, the people I dealt with seemed to know what they're talking about, and when you call, you get a human, who speaks English, and actually tries to resolve the problem. How refreshing!   : )

That said, I have only had the policy for 3 weeks, and obviously have not had any dealings with claims, but then again, I had my last policy for 25 years with no claims, either, so all I can tell you is what it's been like signing up, but not what goes on if there's a claim, for either one.

Have been with Tower Hill since a few years now. As it seems they like taking your money but god forbid you have a small claim of vandalism because your Tenant did not take care of your Property ( that's why I thought I paid Insurance in the first place). Trying to file a claim with them now and as it seems there is always something that is not covered on the Policy; Even though I was told on the phone that this type of damage is covered. I provided them with all  Documentation they ask for, and then they ask for more paperwork; They closed the claim with "that's just rough living." I do not recommend "Tower Hill Insurance" to anyone!

The whole team was quick and very proficient.  The funds needed to put us back together after the water incursion were available just when needed and appropriate.  Overall I am very pleased.
