These guys always deliver.  I have an older vehicle that I love, and they make sure its in tip top shape.  Friendly service and they make sure you know what is happening to your car and why.  This is my favorite auto repair shop!

The positive reviews are true.  I showed up today at 10:30am, brakes grinding, they have a full plate, they are down one mechanic, and closing at 3pm for the holiday.  They understand my need and take me in.  Rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers. That's never fun, but they took care of me and had me done by 2pm.  Stand up folks.

Bill's automotive is hands down the best shop in the Hartford area for any type of car service, repair, etc. needed.  My wife and I have been loyal customers of theirs for years and they have always taken good care of us.  Joe and his team are very down to earth, honest, knowledgeable guys who will recommend what is right for your vehicle and not cost you anything unnessessary.  I would highly recommend Bill's for any type of automotive work from a simple oil change to a timing belt replacement!

Joe and the staff at Bills always go out of their way to make sure we get the best service possible.   Always a clear understanding of the issues in the cars.   If I can't make it into the shop I always get a detailed report with photos showing the problems.  They will call and walk through each photo and answer all my questions before starting the repair.  It is the only place I can trust my cars to get the proper maintenance required at a fair price.
