Consistently the best service in town - at tremendously reasonable prices.  Wayne, Henry, and the team are transparent on pricing and service needed, and are more than willing to accommodate any requests or concerns their customers have.  

Case in point - I needed a catalytic converter on my car this week, and rather than charge me for it, they called the manufacturer, confirmed it was under warranty, drove it to the dealership, had it replaced, and got it back for me - for free.  I’ve never in my life had an auto repair vendor take that much time to effect great customer service.  They are objectively a step above.

And, for additional validation, Hartford Magazine has ranked them ‘Best of Hartford’ each year since 2006.  Talk about consistency.

Put simply - if you’re taking your car somewhere else, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

NEVER take your car to Roggi's: they are dishonest.  Here is proof.  I took my car there for a dashboard Airbag warning light.  They told me it took them ten minutes to fix it, and charged me over $300.  When I started my car, the warning light remained on.  They couldn't fix it, but did not refund my money.  They printed on my bill that my serpentine belt was severely cracked and needed immediate replacement.  It looked fine to me.  I took it to my mechanic, who confirmed it WAS fine.  Same story with Roggi's false report that my brakes were bad.

Finally a trustworthy garage! I took my Mustang to Roggi's Auto Service and had a great experience. They were a pleasure to deal with, they only did the repairs that were needed (unlike some garages) and they did them at a very reasonable price!

Roggi's Auto ALWAYS delivers my car back to me as good as new!  The service and professionalism is beyond anything I have seen at other shops.  I trust their process and always know that they are giving my vehicle exactly what it needs - nothing more, nothing less.  I highly recommend them for ALL your auto service needs!

I have been having my cars serviced at Roggi's for over 20 years. They are reliable, courteous and dependable. I have never had a problem with any of their work.
