I love the atmosphere in this shop. I always feel that the folks go above and beyond to take good care of my older car. The advice given there appears to be honest and straightforward and someone always takes time to explain all the options to me. The atmosphere is always pleasant while waiting both from the people waiting and the employees or owners. If a repair will take long, I have always been given a ride home and a pick up when my car is finished. Best auto repair shop I have encountered in all of the states I have lived!

I have been taking my cars to Bill's Muffler for 20 years and have always had outstanding service. They are very honest. The mechanics explain any problems with your vehicle and tell you about the options available. The make recommendations and always give an estimate for all services and repair options so that customers can make informed decisions.  The people at Bill's Muffler stand behind their work and in my opinion do excellent work. An auto owner cannot ask for better technicians for everyday maintenance and serious repairs.

Quick, professional, friendly and great prices. Very impressed. Had an oil change and inspection and it was much cheaper than any other place in cove. Going to have my brakes done next! Great job guys!
