I went in after installing long tube headers on my truck to get pipe installed out the back with only the front o2 sensors installed. They said they could not do that because I needed cats and the sensors or they would be fined. So I got my cats and sensors and brought them back and told em to just do it normal then and they did their thing and I left. A couple weeks later I moved out of state and I kept hearing this hissing noise so I got under the truck to check it out and 1 of the o2 sensors was loose so I tightened it and noticed it was also unplugged so I plugged it in and checked the other ones and sure enough 1 more unplugged. I looked for the other 2 and I could not find them. They weren't installed and now i will need to go purchase new ones and they run about $50 each. they had said it was illegal to do so for emissions or whatever yet they didnt install them nor return them to me.

They also cut the flange off of my brand new headers and welded the cats in its place and continued to weld the rest of the exhaust out the back instead of adding another flange so it could simply be unbolted. 

Now a year later I am doing some work to my engine which involves me removing the engine and the headers are in the way but i cannot just unbolt them. I will need to go get a Reciprocating Saw and chop the exhaust up just to get it out of my way which will require me to go get it re installed and re welded the right way. I would not recommend their work to anyone.

Amazing friendly and very professional from the first phone call to the curbside service!
We were able to drop our trailer off and Brad and his team fixed our entire list of concerns the same day and get us back on the road!
Very knowledgeable staff and we were amazed at how reasonable the prices are! We were treated like old family friends on our very first visit! If your new to the area this is the place to go for a headache and hassle free experience!

Really awesome shop they are super nice and stopped what they was doing just to help out and fixed my headlight.  Best service I've ever seen and definitely would recommend going here

This is the second time I use Hank's Tire Pros & Muffler so far due to 2 separate issues.  Love their service. They really do work for the customer. Looking forward to them servicing my other vehicle for any kind of maintenance. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. They know their stuff! I recommend them to everyone, worth the drive where ever you live.
