Just hope you never need replacement parts for your RV. It will take 3 or more trips to the parts department if your lucky.

Went to a first time camping seminar and it was very, very informing.  Would recommend anyone getting into to owning an RV is to attend any and all their seminars.  Very helpful information.

Unhappy camper is an understatement. 
We bought our camper back in February and the salesman told us we had a 2 yr bumper to bumper and a lifetime warranty on our appliances. Makes it sound quite applealing to buy from them, huh? So my husband and i asked several questions...one of the questions " what happens if something wasnt working and we are 3500 miles away?" Salesman: " oh not a problem. You call us and we will find someone to help you. But you must call us first if you would like to get reimbursed." Well guess what! We are 150 miles away on a saturday morning. Our refrigerator is not working. We call the service center to see if they can try to help us troubleshoot thinking maybe we did something wrong. Well, to say the least he was very rude. So we asked for customer service after getting no help from him. We told customer service the situation. They state " we do not have mobile service"..um well thats not what i was asking. I asked if you could help us get someone out here to help us just like the instructions we received when we bought the rv. I dont care where they are from as long as they deal with refrigeration. They go on and on passing us from person to person. They deny they ever said that if we were 3500 miles away that all we had to do was call and get authorization to have a serviceman come to our camper which is completely obsurd. So here we are with $300 in bad food sitting at our campround. I guess we will have to have pizza delivered to our campground for the remainder of our stay. I have given these people several referrals and we have had several friends buy from them over the past 4 months which i now regret. We will no longer do business there.
