What an excellent experience!  Easiest car buying trip I've ever had!  Shannon was our salesman, I told him I'd let him know if I found something I like and he respected that. He was also very respectful to my teenage son which I really appreciated.  Well, I found something I liked and less than 2 hours later (including test drive)  - I was walking out with my new keys!  Kirk was very efficient with the paperwork and everything was very smooth.  Shannon went above and beyond with his customer service skills - I will definitely be a repeat customer!

CarFax directed us to the perfect spot when it pointed to Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville Missouri.  Nicole Kirby helped us tremendously on the phone before our visit and was ready to help us when my family arrived.  The 45 minute trip from home was well worth the drive.  Even with our less than perfect credit score, we were not pushed for a quick sale...our lengthy test drive Nicole provided, gave our family a good feel for our latest van.  Overall, I have endured several long waiting times in the past in auto showrooms, but nothing as smooth as this purchase!  Thanks again to Jason, Michael and most importantly, a fantastic sales-rep...Nicole.  Our trip home was now too short...we felt like driving to Kansas City!

They sold me a car then 2 weeks after I got it they tell me the loan didn’t go through all after I insured it sold my other car and got two tickets in for expired dealer tag because the finance guy said they had ran out of temp tags if I could give them a zero I would they also threatened to report the car stolen if not returned by a time while I was at work. Going to see an attorney today have signed contract hopefully something gets figured out since I no longer have a car get back and forth to work!! Wow nice response suntrup couldn’t even call me back like you said and no regard to the fact I sold my car and I’m out $500 and all you can come up with is that generic response!!!

Suntrup service department has been fantastic. Alex is responsive and has taken very good care of me and my car and delivered all services as promised at the price quoted even though there were some difficulties with the job. I had to go back a week later to have a tire looked at and they took care of that and he that was no problem either in and out and even told me to come back in a couple weeks before I leave on vacation so he can check the car over to be sure it was good to go on the road trip!! I love these guys and will always buy from the Suntrup family of dealerships!!

When bringing a car in for service they will ask you when you need it done by, always say ASAP. I made a morning appointment two days in advance to simply change a handful of light bulbs... it took almost 7 hours. My mistake i guess, i was too nice and let them have too much say over when they would complete the work. I learned my lesson.
