The ONLY reason I give one Star is because I cannot post without a star (I wish Google would make a ZERO star). There is a reasonable way of conducting a business, and then there is a way of ripping customers off.. Example this shop will charge your 200$ just to install ONE TIRE ON A SEMI!!!!!!! Has anyone heard of this type of robbery????? This shop is nothing worthy of getting a star at all.. They are like vultures, praying on the weak & dead. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN

worst experience ever! not perfessional and when asked a simple question of how much it would cost, I got screamed at over the phone. If i could put no stars i would. NEVER EVER will call back at this place again

If this company tows for Progressive Insurance roadside assistance they suck don't ever expect them to come and tow you anywhere if you get stranded anywhere around billings late at night on a Friday night the one company that progressive was able to get ahold of that was willing to come and get me and its a two and a half hour wait for them because they have to call or deal with a highway patrolman which in one aspect I can understand it's the law they have to deal with the law enforcement before Plano Joe Schmo like myself but at the same time it's 15 degrees maybe you should wake someone of your guys up out of bed and have somebody come and get them that is kind of what the business is about isn't it. Instead I'm sitting on the side of the highway for who knows how long because some of these companies and that is dealing with the state troopers right now with another car wreck I may just be my opinion but I think it's kind of bullshit when if this time of year and it's this damn cold as well in reporting them to to them
