My 2004 Honda Civic was at about 150,000, and I was preparing for a long road trip in her. I was looking online for a mechanic in Billings, and Jim's Auto got great reviews. As someone who doesn't have a lot of car knowledge, going to someone I can trust is important to me. So I called and made an appointment. The customer service throughout the entire experience was unbeatable. They clearly communicated with me every step of the way, and they didn't recommend any unnecessary fixes just to make money off of me. In the end, even at 150,000, the only thing it needed were new pollen filters since I had recently gotten the oil change and all of the other things that come with that. When I came to pick up the car, they had typed out all of the systems that they checked and when they recommend getting it checked again. I would recommend Jim's Auto to anyone who asks!

I have had to come here a few times, and they ALWAYS find the easiest, least expensive solution and keep my car in great shape. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was just a small job but the mechanic helped me out right there on the spot. He did not try to convince me to spend money I did not have. In fact, he did not charge me at all! These people are just good human beings!
