Awesome mechanics and great people. They support local racing and trails as well. Definitely the go-to place for more downhill/all-mountain bike oriented service.

Exceptional bike shop with great service!!! I have worked with them regarding a warranty issue and they went above and beyond to get a resolution.

I often hear people tell me that I should buy bikes and parts locally to support my LBS, however I never really understood why until I came here. These guys are awesome, the work they do is really great, and they are very active in the local scene. Just talking to them was a wonderful experience and really educational, both about the area and working on bikes.

I had previously bought a few smaller items from them, but I recently made a large purchase of wheelset, drivetrain, and fork airspring, all of which I requested that they install. 

These guys did impeccable work on my bike. The fork was wiped down spotless from top to bottom, the cabling was routed perfectly (they even added a few small housing clips to keep them from banging around on the frame, which was a really nice touch), and they thoroughly completed every task better than I would have done it. This is a massive contrast from other shops I've had do work, who perform the job minimally or completely incorrectly, requiring me to go back and fix it. The guys at Billy Goat returned my bike to me in a state that was better than it was when I dropped it off, even excluding the new components.

I drive 3 1/2 hours from Atlanta specifically to have these guys work on my bike and will continue to do so. These guys are awesome, I can't say enough positive things about them.

I took my bike here for a brake bleed and the turnaround was very quick and the work was done very well. This place passes my test for a good LBS: the guys 1) ride cool bikes, 2) know what they are talking about, and 3) I have ordered parts through them and they came in quickly. Friendly, too. Highly recommended.
