WOW!!! Our first time here and we were so impressed with the food and service. Great, big piping hot cups of coffee along with our Tomato Bacon Eggs Benedict were excellent. The showstopper, without a doubt, is their Biscuits & Gravy! UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS! Be sure to plan time; we thought we'd miss the breakfast rush going at 10:00 on a Monday, but even then they were packed. Definitely a local favorite and, now, one of ours too! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!
Went for our first time. Atmosphere was very nice! I loved the flags around the inside of the restaurant. I ordered the cinnamon bun pancakes, the center tasted under cooked. After having a conversation with the chef who kindly came out to our table it turned out that it’s because of the different ingredients of this kind of pancake I’ve never ordered this kind before. They were prompt to take care of me and make sure I was happy. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce is made fresh in house we were told, and it’s absolutely delicious! The staff was so very kind and welcoming, we really felt like we were somewhere we’d been going for years. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes
Service, service, service!! Let me say it loud and clear.... SERVICE!!! When the entire staff of a restaurant is present, connected, participating and involved it shows and we are paying attention! Matter of fact, we love the attention! The entire staff was funny, friendly and attentive to each and every customer. The food is amazing cafe food served hot and fast! The portions are huge so come hungry or have room in the fridge for some great leftovers! The Chicken Fried Steak and CFS Burrito will definitely feed two folks each, as will a whole lot of other menu items! The servers need to be body builders to carry some of those loads!! Hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak and could only eat half! I had a few bites to help him out and it was delicious, just as important, the gravy was seasoned and had a real good texture. Our adult daughter had the breakfast burrito and had to take half of it home! I had a "normal" breakfast and it was all cooked to perfect order including the eggs and hashbrowns extra crispy! Billy's is the #1 rated breakfast place in Burlington for a few reasons, the top two being the service and portions of delicious food! I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back when in the area!

A little on the spendy side for a bacon cheeseburger w/ fries and a soda. But I believe you get what you pay for. I was craving a delicious Burger and Billy’s delivered. They will even make fresh bacon for you. Cash only restaurant. $19.51
Today we had breakfast at Billy’s Cafe. It was a fantastic diner-style restaurant with great service. Pretty sure the images that I snapped speak for themselves when it comes to the food. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and perfect. I highly recommend this place for a true American 5-star meal. Plus, the service was great. Thanks Billy’s, we’ll be back soon!
Food was terrible i spent 47 dollars on this my sausage was basically charcoal on the outside and raw on the inside eggs Benedict had a pool of butter in the Togo box plus they didn’t put any of the hollidaise sauce on my eggs Benedict one egg was yolk one egg was a rock the bread under the eggs Benedict was consumed with butter that it started getting soggy and falling apart
Service was good, but the everything tasted either watered down or over salted in my experience. Eggs over medium were good. The homemade biscuitwhich is a monster size had the consistency of a dense scone, soft but sucks up any moisture it comes in contact with. Coffee was watered down. If you're looking for a lot of food on your plate this place is for you. In my opinion it's not a 4.6 but to each their own.
It has the old diner feeling to it and the food was very good and the service was excellent. After eating here I just didn't feel well it could be anything in the food that I was allergic to but my boyfriend didn't feel bad like me and he loved his food too. I would eat here again but I might just order pancakes instead of the omelet I had. It seems like a local hang out. Very homey and friendly.
Cash only is accepted - food is very good. Platters, scrambles and more traditional breakfasts are all good choices. Servers have been excellent on my visits. Check schedule as they have an unusual one. Certain mid week days they close entirely. I believe it may be a staffing issue.
