I had a wonderful customer service experience. Mike was very nice and sweet. Then, my problems started when I started having problems with my truck. I went to get my tune up and my engine was three years younger than my truck. Then when it came to the wiring they had it all jacked up and not correct at all. I was going to go back for my second vehicle but I changed my mind. They basically rigged my truck up just to sell. Your typically car dealers.

I enjoyed working with Darren and I feel like I got a GREAT deal!! As a female, buying a car myself for the first time, I felt like everything was clearly explained and I was told the truth about the vehicle. Its 6 months later and I'm so glad I bought my Trailblazer from Billy Williams Motors!

Stoped to look at a truck I have been eyeing the last week. Took my grandad with me to look at it. Guy was helping someone else. Ok I understand but not once did he say anything to us just acted like we where not there. Even my granddad got pissed. I'll be heading to Auburn to by my next car. To bad it's the truck I have been looking all over for.
