DON'T SHOP AT THIS dealership...I purchased an 06 Impala on June 16th 2017.. it came from the shop after day 2..motor ran hot and on day 3 returned the vehicle...Unfortunately I got stuck in another lemon from thier lot because my down payment was held on the first lemon and wasnt an option to be refunded...I drove a 05 Mitsubishi Galant off the lot on June 21st 2017..air conditioning blew cold until after the day 3 rule of course...and I called on July 5 asking about the so called warranty..only to find out I would have to pay out of pocket before they honored a repair...On my vacation to Daytona Fl..the battery had to be replaced..nevertheless throughout my trip back home the car fell apart....The lemon law has a time frame for bad deals like this and as of today I havent recieved my money back...I am suggesting to everyone ...go to a dealership who really checks thier vehicles out so you do not have to lose your money the way I have with this location..This will be another civil suit for Car- Mart!!!

Where do I start..had a 2006 Maxima that was  way over priced..payed a 395 car not for 19 months and now i have no vehicle because my car was out of warranty and needed work..I understand that I was late but they made no effort to even help with the situation..the manager is never there and the workers call your phone constantly..I will never go here again. Who pay 13,000 for an 06..my dumb self after my first car was totaled..I just feel so ripped of and it didn't even help my credit that I paid that high of a car note for that long..never again.

Why do the reps come to your house exactly a week after being late? I've already called them and explained to them that I would be able to double my payment the next payday. I called and spoke with Cynthia yesterday, the first time I called she listened to what I had to say and then told me to let her call me back in 15 minutes in her office and I ended up calling her back 54 minutes later and she told me to call Zamakya around 5:15pm Alabama time and that Zamakya will be willing to talk with a little attitude, and not mentioning that Carmart in Phenix City go off Georgia time and the company close at 4pm Alabama time( that was poor customer service) What is the companies policy for being late? I think this is a little to much what they are doing now.

I wouldn't even rate it a one star. Poor business. Over priced for junk cars! Tried to trade in current for another in the three days and the one I did try to try drive, didn't even make it out of the lot. KBB rates the vehicle I gave as no more than $1600 in excellent condition, and I have a fair to poor car! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!
