These guys are worth every penny. They made sure my mini cooper was in tip top shape before handing it off to me. I never felt that they were getting over on me, for example by suggesting service that the car didn't need or overcharging me for what they did. Ricky who mans the desk is very friendly and doesn't have an attitude. He has always been very professional in how he interacts with me. I tried to take the car to other, cheaper (cheapo) places and was always disappointed in the quality of service and professionalism of the staff. This is my only spot for taking the car for service from here on out.

From my perspective, Bimmer Motors Group Inc. distinguishes itself with its best asset, Mr. Enrique!  Mere interaction with him by phone convinced me that my car would be in good hands.  He immediately provides a reliable estimate after learning what my car needed, which demonstrates that he is knowledgeable, and tells me when work will be completed.  He is such a pleasant person to do business with!  He also offered to drop off my car when I thought that I could not pick it up.  In addition, he associated my car to my voice when I was flustered and did not mention my name.  Both my experiences with Bimmer’s Mr. Enrique gained my trust and loyalty.

First time ever dealing with a car, living in NYC you never really need to have a car but now that I do I was really hesitant on taking it somewhere. I thought I would be ripped off or the work will take forever but not here, I was treated and greeted very well by all. Enrique was very helpful the gentleman working in my car was very nice and did an amazing job. I can honestly say that I found “my auto shop” I will be coming here and recommending Bimmer Motor group.

I would never recommend to go to these guys, I fixed the oil and coolant leaks. With coolant I had a few problems and it still leaking, and I told them to fix oil leak I had a little, but as soon as I take a car from them I noticed a huge, even bigger leak then before and they say its different place. After that I had a big coolant leak again. They fix it, and as soon as I started my car. The computer said to tighten up fuel cap which is never happened before. After that I went to another shop and they say its a leak from fuel system and another $1000. And for those guys i spent more than $4000. Looks like they fix one thing and broke another one. Be aware of them.

Fixing a car can be tough especially when all the other mechanics try to cheat you. I trust BMG with my car and I trust them to fix my car without overcharging me. I really appreciate their work - they're fast, efficient, and incredibly nice. Will be going to them as long as my car will live!
