Often store owners and their employees don't understand that according to the Americans with Disabilities Act, any animal that is individually trained to assist a person with disabilities is a service animal, and that by law businesses cannot deny service to anyone with a service dog. Hollie was very rude and should be fired is that how you allow employee s to talk to customer and you condone it your as equally as guilty as her I showed her my credentials my dog was sitting on my lap and she was totally in control at all times my wife had come there when she broke her foot and my dog had been in the office dozens of times with no issues I will report this on all reviews and get a hold of somebody that is an activist and will support me this will not be the end that you will hear from me
